Huan is a structural engineer with over ten years of experience in New Zealand. His experience includes new building design, design reviews and construction monitoring, with a portfolio of over 2000 residential and commercial units of up to four storeys and ranging from stand-alone houses to terrace houses and apartments.

Prior to starting Pason, he was a Team Leader in a medium-sized firm leading a team of five engineers where he was responsible for managing the delivery of projects, training other engineers, reviewing designs, and managing client relationships.

Jiawen is a structural engineer with over fifteen years of experience in New Zealand and overseas. He has extensive experience in structural design, design reviews, and construction monitoring for a wide range of residential and commercial projects. In New Zealand, his portfolio includes stand-alone houses, terrace housing developments, and apartment buildings.
Jiawen also has international project experience delivering large-scale commercial developments, including high-rise residential buildings and mixed-use commercial complexes. He is a Chartered Structural Engineer in China, bringing strong technical capability and valuable international engineering experience.
Prior to joining Pason, Jiawen worked as a Team Leader at a medium-sized engineering consultancy, where he led a team of engineers and was responsible for project delivery, design reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining client relationships.

As a Structural Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Unitec, Weinan(Nelson) Gao has practical experience in residential structural design, site inspections, and construction support. His experience includes timber, concrete, and steel structures, with a strong understanding of New Zealand structural standards and building requirements. He focuses on delivering practical, efficient, and buildable structural solutions with a high standard of technical quality and attention to detail.

Bo is a structural engineer with over nine years of experience in New Zealand. His experienced includes new building design, design reviews and construction monitoring. He has been responsible for the design of over 1800 residential and commercial units. Aside from delivering technically sound engineering solutions, he actively pursues and develops new business opportunities and lasting client relationships.

Outside of work he captains a soccer team in Auckland, and enjoys spending time with his family.
