Huan is a structural engineer with over ten years of experience in New Zealand. His experience includes new building design, design reviews and construction monitoring, with a portfolio of over 2000 residential and commercial units of up to four storeys and ranging from stand-alone houses to terrace houses and apartments.

Prior to starting Pason, he was a Team Leader in a medium-sized firm leading a team of five engineers where he was responsible for managing the delivery of projects, training other engineers, reviewing designs, and managing client relationships.

Bo is a structural engineer with over eight years of experience in New Zealand. His experienced includes new building design, design reviews and construction monitoring. He has been responsible for the design of over 1800 residential and commercial units. Aside from delivering technically sound engineering solutions, he actively pursues and develops new business opportunities and lasting client relationships.

 

Outside of work he captains a soccer team in Auckland, and enjoys spending time with his family.
